  • Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses Brockwell Park SE24, London UK (map)

Alice Boyd is a singer-songwriter and sound artist based in south London. Her music intertwines folk-inspired harmonies, ambient electronics and field recordings to ponder the intersection of human life and the landscapes we call home.

Alice will be supported by Emily Izen Row

Emily Izen Row is a singer songwriter from South East London with a keen interest in folklore, symbolism, and mythological landscapes. Emily’s work focuses on interpreting the connections that we have with ourselves, each other, and our environments and shedding light to the stories that arise from these places. Her music consists of lyrical stories, folk melodies, and soundscapes as a way to explore symbolism and mythologies within our collective consciousness and the reflections of the world around us.

Brockwell Greenhouses put on Gigs at the Greenhouses to let people hear brilliant music, enjoy their lovely gardens and to raise money so that the community can benefit from BPCG seven days a week.

Getting to the Greenhouses

BPCG is in the middle of Brockwell Park, between the tennis courts and the walled gardens. Follow the signs.

Entrance and exit from the Park should be via the Park’s Lido Gates on Dulwich Road, all other gates will be locked. Please arrive in groups and be sure to have a torch or use your phone torches. Walk up the hill from the Lido, turn left at the tennis courts, then turn right and you will see the Greenhouse gates on your right. Click here to see a map of the route

If you are driving to the gig, we recommend parking your car on Dulwich Road or near Dulwich Road.

The park will also be dark when you leave the gig so everyone must leave in groups with torches.
